8. AGREEMENT WITH THE CUSTOMER

8.1

When you place an order to purchase a product from the Website, we will send you a confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order and contains all the information about the order. Your order constitutes a request to us that you wish to purchase a particular product. The purchase is approved by us when we send the product to you. When you place an order, you request to enter into an agreement with Gallerix AB. Gallerix AB owns the product until you have paid for it in full and Gallerix AB has received the payment.

8.2

Gallerix AB reserves the right to hold an order to check the shipment for security. Gallerix AB consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

9. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE OR ADDITIONS TO THE TERMS

9.1

We reserve the right to make changes to the website, company policies and these terms and conditions at any time. Your use of the website and the orders you place are subject to the terms and conditions that apply when you use the website or when you order products from us, except where the law requires that the terms or conditions be changed (in which case such changes will also apply to previous orders you made from us). If any of these provisions are invalid or for any other reason do not have legal force, the provisions in question shall be removed from the other provisions and thus do not affect the validity or application of the other provisions.

10. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Gallerix AB cannot be held responsible for delays or deficiencies in the fulfillment of our obligations according to these provisions, if the delay or deficiency in fulfillment is caused by an event beyond our control. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

If you do not comply with these terms, and we do not take action against you, we still have the right to assert our rights if you breach these terms on another occasion.

12. JURISDICTION AND COURT

12.1

Your use of the website, any purchase you make from the website and these terms and conditions are subject to Swedish law and are deemed to have taken place in Sweden. You, like us, agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts. These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.
